FAQ - How do I know if this course is right for me?

1) Who is this course for?

If you’re a solo-preneur or a small business with up to 10 or 20 employees, and you are wanting to scale your business and want some support this is the right course to do. My guess is that managing a business might feel a little overwhelming at times. You have to wear all the hats and know what to do at all times but dont feel you have had the training or have the knowledge to quickly and easily implement what you do need to know.

2) What kind of topics do you cover?

We cover setting a clear purpose, vision and Values that lay the foundations for growing and scaling your business. Once that is nailed we  can start to look at how to unblock  sales blockages or marketing conundrums. You will set goals and your strategy and get a really clear vision. Communication skills, financial management and how to delegate are other topics we cover.

3) why does this approach work?

It is an intense series of training sessions. You will have homework after each session to complete before the next session where you go through an overview of what you have discovered. We will also have time for questions and discussion as we go along. We have lots of practical sessions and you get to do a lot of work in the sessions.

4)What is the commitment I need to make?

​This coaching is not for everyone though. You need to agree to commit and to put in the time and the work. Imagine for a moment that Im a swimming coach, you wouldn't expect me to get in the pool and swim for you. My skills are much better on the side of the pool where I can watch you and help teach, coach, guide and hone what you need to do and your skills. ​

5) what is the commitment charter?

​I ask all attendees to sign up to a commitment charter. If you can't commit now that is fine. If you can then we can achieve a lot together. My sessions and workshops are designed to teach you new information or give you a burst of inspiration and focus, but my intention goes far beyond that. I’m committed to helping you get results. For that to happen, you must do the work and complete the work.

6)What happens if I miss a session?

You will have access to the recording. I will try and make myself available for you to ask questions and understand how to catch up. We all ahve things that come up but it is important that you try to ensure you are available for all the sessions.

​

7) What if I need to cancel before we start. 

Up to a week before you can cancel and get a full refund. After that I am happy to offer you with a swap for 121 coaching sessions up to the value of the course, or for you to ahve a credit note to apply to the next course start dates.
