As a coach and consultant I have outlined below a set of services that aim to fulfil start up, through to Corporate business requirements as well as individual coaching sessions. All of the content is based around the core principles of my Culture as a foundation for Growth programme -  putting people at the heart of the business! With 3 core pillars of People, Revenue and Strategy, this extensive content reaches to all levels of your business and team growth potiential.

Individuals -  I will meet you in an initial free call and see how we are aligned, rapport and find out where you want to focus and make progress - we will then agree a session or package of sessions to suit you and the timeframes in which this will happen.

I run small course groups for Startups, entrepreneurs and Small business owners who are looking for a structure, framework and some support in their business. This is the Cresco programme which is a cut down and compressed version of the main Culture as a Foundation modules. A bite size version to distill down where you need to focus.

Corporate leadership and training programmes -  following an initial Fact Find report which I will conduct with your Executive Leadership Team, this will highlight the key themes, pressure points and areas to immediately focus the team leadership training. The report allows me to work with your Leadership team and step through the different consulting and training modules and at the same time ensure that this is highly focused on your business and needs. Two key programmes include the 21st Century Leadership training and a thinking Big Training approach.

Bespoke tailored workshops -  these are for ELT's who know that they have a new strategy that needs to be set, perhaps a new 5 year vision and plan for the business. Maybe it is looking a talent, performance management and or provision of feedback and constructive conversation training across your organisation.
