Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance if possible. Time is precious for us all and sometimes you can't keep to an appointment, but I can help more easily with more notice. If you cancel a session more than twice I will be unable to provide a refund. This is a commitment for both parties to invest time and requires both parties to play their part. If for any reason you are unlikely to be able to make a session it is important that you re-book your session within 2 weeks so as to maintain momentum. If a session is not rebooked within this 2 week timeframe no refund will be offered.
