I have worked with a number of businesses and clients in assisting them with their most complex strategic challenges, definition of business processes and built tailored delivery solutions to help them achieve sustained growth within their targeted audiences.
Techniques include process definition, market analysis, engagement of user research, business modelling with finance teams, and pure definition of project and programme delivery plans, resourcing models and budgetting.
I tap in to my coaching experience, facilitation and coordination skills so enabling clients to realize their business values. As a lateral thinker I am able to provide fresh views and ideas for internal teams and stakeholders/ clients / consultants / 3rd parties, that benefit the bottom line and the people who work to deliver that.

With over 20+ years of experience in project and programme management and client services roles my focus is on strategic reviews, restructuring/ building teams and digital delivery capability, working with executive teams on delivery models and capability to meet specific business needs, ambitions and goals. I have extensive experience in Business analysis, user experience, consulting and programme management delivery utilising Prince 2, ITIL, Agile SAFE and kanban methodologies for change and delivery lifecycles across digital (online and mobile) platforms, tools, apps, and general site development and maintenance.
My specialist areas: Ecommerce, education, finance, large scale project and programme deliveries, offshoring, business change and transformation, new business venture development.
