I have 25+ years of experience in leading complex programs on both sides of the fence (agency consulting and Client/ Corporate); driving strategic growth and implementations, including change, digital transformations, M&A, building new corporate ventures, and powerful human transformations across teams.
I've faced all shapes and sizes of challenges, whether supporting scale-ups, global enterprises, government departments, or multi-sector, multi-locational: coaching, consulting, and mentoring with individuals and founders through start-ups, scale-ups, SME, and large global corps.
I find immense satisfaction in guiding individuals and teams toward their full potential, creating strong happy teams that will drive the business forward feeling empowered and heard.
I have an MBA in business and operational management, the coaching insights and skillset with my NLP training, and the day to day experience of working at the coalface myself.
